  • Walk-In Appointments

    Walk-in appointments are not currently available. If you wish to be seen same day, or as soon as possible, please contact our office directly to see if openings are available.

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations can be made up to 24 hrs in advance of your appointment. Canceling your appointment in any less than the required 24-hr notice may forfeit your appointment fees.

  • No-Shows

    Failure to appear for your appointment without rescheduling results in forfeiture of your consultation fee. When you are ready to reschedule, you will need to contact the office to be placed on the schedule at an adjusted fee. If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled out of courtesy for our other appointments that are waiting. Two or more no-shows can prevent you from being able to schedule on the website.

  • Right to Refuse

    We have the right to refuse service and/or membership according to our discretion. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, creed, or otherwise.

  • Accepted Payment Forms

    We accept credit, debit, HSA, cash, and Liberty Dollar payments. Cash pay & Liberty Dollar paid appointments must be booked by phone and require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the balance of the appointment.

  • Refunds

    Appointments are eligible for full refund only if canceled more than 24 hours in advance. Programs are non-refundable after 3 days.
